Does your older child like to sing, dance and maybe do a little acting? Then the Youth Choir is perfect for them. We’re open to form this group around the interests of the children involved. No prior experience or talents are required! We have a place for everyone. We’re all about building an exciting, fun but also safe and friendly environment in which young persons can express their love of Jesus. We will perform throughout the year for our congregation and maybe other venues. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30pm.
Youth Handchime Choir
Hand chimes are long square tubes that are played like hand bells. This choir is open to 3rd grade and up! We work on rhythm, learning to read music and most of all – having fun – all while preparing to minister to our congregation (and ourselves) through playing music. We learn some pieces quickly so the kids can perform often in church and feel that gratification and joy of sharing music with everyone. Rehersals are Wednesdays from 5:45 – 6:30pm in the Sanctuary and will always welcome new members! Contact Molli Moon, firstname.lastname@example.org
