DESCRIPTION:PUMC will host a fundraising concert\, featuring The Olde Williamsburg Singers on Saturday\, February 1st at 7pm in the Sanctuary. A love offering will be collected to help support our church operating expenses and building maintenance. This is a family friendly event\, and the community is welcome. The Olde Williamsburg Singers are an a cappella choral group directed by PUMC choir member\, Paul Cappers. They will perform a range of songs\, including sacred selections such as Gibbon’s “Almighty and Everlasting God\,” as well as traditional pieces like Stephen Foster’s “Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair.”

DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, October the 10th\, is another opportunity to serve a meal at Bethel Men’s Shelter. We are expecting around 65 men who will be hungry for a home cooked meal of pintos\, vegetable soup\, salad\, cornbread and brownies. Join us by preparing food\, purchasing needed items\, helping serve the meal or working in the kitchen behind the scenes. We are also collecting breakfast bars (the soft kind like Nutra-Grain)\, fruit cups\, bottled water\, used small devotionals and restuarant utensil packages for breakfast bags.
