DESCRIPTION:Those 65+ years young are invited to come the 2nd Tuesday of the month for lunch. Here’s a list of our activities for the rest of 2022. Please contact Caroline Helms cdhelms1@yahoo.com to get involved.  \nJuly 12th – Old Time Hymn Sing – lead by Ben Himes and Jerry Burdick.  Sub sandwich lunch. \nAugust 9th –Talent Show! Do you sing? dance? play a musical instrument? perform magic? Whatever your talent\, share it with us! Covered dish lunch after the show. \nSeptember 13th – Craft Show – quilt\, knit\, paint\, sew\, grow/arrange flowers\, jewelry\, greeting cards\, stain glass\, writing\, etc. Whatever your gift\, we will set up tables for displaying your items. If you can’t be there\, a member of the group can be assigned to cover your display for you. Please contact Caroline to reserve a space. SUMMARY:Ruth Adkins Circle
DESCRIPTION:Ruth Adkins Circle (RAC) is a women’s circle within the United Methodist Women. Circles are smaller groups that allow women to meet on a regular basis to learn about their faith\, share life’s joys and sorrows and commit to service projects. RAC women work both inside and outside the home and most have children still in school. We host the Pancake Packing Party for Operation Christmas Child and Graduation Celebration each year.
