DESCRIPTION:Ash Wednesday is a solemn reminder of human mortality and the need for reconciliation with God. It marks the beginning of the Lenten season which ends on Easter. As you are comfortable\, Pastor David will place ashes in the shape of a cross on your forehead. These are a reminder that Jesus died for our sins on the cross. The ashes are from the palms used at last year’s Palm Sunday.   \n\n\n\nChildcare will be provided.

SUMMARY:Baby Bottle "Change" Collection
DESCRIPTION:Our Missions team will sponsor a Baby Bottle campaign to collect “change” as a fundraiser for Palmetto Women’s Center (PWC) during Lent.  \n\n\n\nWe will kickoff during Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday\, February 13 and 14\, with baby bottles available for pickup to be filled and returned on Easter Sunday\, March 31. Bottles will also be available on Sunday\, February 18. \n\n\n\nThe mission of Palmetto Women’s Center is to promote life by offering gospel-centered care and counseling\, excellence in medical services\, and focused education and resources.
